This in-house body plays a key role in ensuring smooth implementation of POSH provisions and the fulfilment of the law's objectives.
An aggrieved woman may approach the ICC to file a complaint related to sexual harassment. After receiving the complaint, the committee conducts an inquiry and recommends actions to the employer.
