Dr. N. Victor Babu a holistic Alumni of Andhra University who completed his B.E (Civil Engineering), M.Tech (Geo Engineering) and Ph.D from AU college of Engineering. He has a vast experience of 27 years which includes Industry (11 years) as well academic (16 years). His expertise is in the areas like Ground water techniques, Solid waste management, Remote Sensing, Disaster Management; Pre stressed bridges and Construction engineering. He holds positions like Vice president for Scientific Society for Disaster Management and Environmental awareness and Treasurer for Indian Society of Remote Sensing, Visakhapatnam local chapter. To his credit, he completed one research Project (Rs. 20,00,000) sponsored by NRSA – ISRO. He was ratified as a Principal by JNTUK in the year 2016. He organized three International conferences in three consecutive years in the capacity of Organizing Secretary and several events in the capacity of Convener and other positions. He has solid research experience and produced 50 plus research articles in National and International Journals. He is a life member of various professional bodies, chaired various academic and administrative committees. He guided 40 plus M.Tech projects.
